1) CLSC will have regular school day on 01/20. Please pay tuition on 01/20 or 01/27.
Turn in your Chinese New Year Party registration form with money and pick up your tickets at the Cafeteria. If you have turned in the registration form last week, please come to pick up your party tickets.
2) To have fun and raise fund for CLSC, three sets of Bingo games will be played at the Party.
First game will be played before the performance programs, second game will be played at the intermission, the 3rd one will be at the end of party. We will also use the Bingo sheets for the raffle prizes drawing. Bingo game sheets are on sale now. One sheet for $5.00 and three sheets for $10 if purchased before 02/04, and $5 per sheet at the night. If you have experiences or are interested of hosting the fun Bingo game, please let us know.
3) Chinese New Year Party helpers are desperately needed.
We need helpers for serving food, selling tickets, moving/setting up tables, and stage helpers. If you can help, please sign up to help. No one service/family limitation. We also need parents who are familiar with sound system to help for the stage set up, if you can help, please let us know.
4) Chinese Dim Sum and Formosa sausage orders.
Next Chinese Dim Sum pickup date is 02/03. Next Formosa sausage order deadline is 02/03. Pick update is 02/17. Please turn in your order forms now.
5) HCPSS is hosting a Mathematics, Science, and Technology Fair
at Marriotts Ridge High School (12100 Woodford Drive, Marriottsville, MD 21104) on Friday, February 22 (snow date 2/29) for Middle school judging and on Saturday, February 23 (snow date 3/1) for High school judging. They need judges. Interested parents may either contact Yen Li fungkuang@gmail.com for registration forms or may register online at http://tp.hcpss.org/mdrew/judges_registration_2008_mst_fair.tp4 . The deadline of registration is January 31, 2008 .
