1)  Have you visited CLSC website regularly?
Recently, we have posted Chinese New Year party photos, and information for many scholarships, summer camps, and local events that you might be interested at our school website. We have also created a community bulletin board for you to share information among us such as sales, services, or help wanted. Please take a look, and give us your comments or suggestions. Our webmaster, Feng Hsieh, would love to have a helper to help her re-design the school webpage. If you can share your expert, don't hesitate to contact us, any help or comments, big or small are all welcomed.

2)  CLSC Spring student drawing/sketching class will start this Sunday, 02/24, at 3:50PM in the Cafeteria.

3)  Asian American Journalist Association Junior Camp for High School Students.
The program will be held from July 18 to July 23, 2008 at Loyola University in Chicago, IL. The application Deadline is 04/11/2008. Please see CLSC website for details.

4)  A Summer High School and Middle School Chinese Language Immersion Program
June 26 to July 29
STARTALK Good Will Program is a federal government subsided language program that provides a vigorous but fun Chinese Language Immersion Program during the summer of 2008. Classes will be offered in various levels.

On Sunday,03/02/2008, the WMACS Director Mr. Ruey-Pyng Lu will come to our school to talk to our teachers/parents regarding this program. If you are interested to be trained to become a qualified teacher in this program or are interested to participate in this language immersion program, please don't miss this important information session.
