Important calendar
05/11 last day of CLSC 2008 spring semester, we will have closing ceremony and General assembly meeting.

1)  05/04, 05/11: Refund your service coupons for cash or gift cards at cafeteria.
If you want to donate your service fee refund to CLSC, it will be greatly appreciated, and you will receive a tax exempt donation receipt.

2)  2008 STARTALK Summer Language Program in Howard County at Burleigh Manor Middle School for non-Chinese speaking middle school students. 06/30 – 07/25
We need parent volunteers help to spread the words of this program to current 5th grade and middle school students in your child's school. If you can ask the school to post the program abstract on school newsletter, it will be very helpful. Please let me know if you can help. See the program abstract and HC school system approval letter.

3)CLSC Fund Raising Sale
Semi Annual Gift Card sale - See the sale result. Top 3 sale classes are G12, G9 and G3. – Please come to cafeteria to enjoy your treat at 3:40PM.
Krispy kream donut and gift coupon sale - Fresh made Krispy Kream donuts will be on sale at CLSC this week.
Chinese DimSum - Please pick your order this Sunday.

4)  Community service performances
This year the talented CLSC students have done many excellent community service performances. Thanks to extra-curricular director, 黃麗鍾 Leigh Hong's tireless coordination, from October to April, they have done 11 performances. They will do another performance in June and also perform in 2008 Chinese school annul conference at Gaithersburg on memorial weekend. Please give these students and their parents a worm around applause for their dedication and efforts.
