3)  Thanks for outstanding cultural presentation by Mr. & Mrs. Albert and Leigh Hong (洪博仁, 黃麗鍾) in Phelps Luck Elementary School ( not their daughter’s school) on 02/12/2009. We received great compliments from the coordinating teacher. It states as follows:

They were fabulous and came so well prepared. They had so many things to share that they needed two rolling carts. They also had a powerpoint! The kids learned so much! Please pass my appreciation along!

4)  -- The Miller Branch continues to offer the International Moms Book Club on the second Saturday of every month at 11:00 am. This week is to discuss "American Born Chinese " at 10:30 AM. Please mark your calendar (3/14/2009).

    -- The Savage Branch is offering an Asian American Literature Book Club which will meet on the third Monday of every month at 7:30 pm.
