Welcome new CLSC families,

Please note that new families need to provide basic info before you can register online.  Below are the new family registration procedures:

  1. Click on one of the following links based on the language of choice,
  2. Download the Chinese or English Registration form onto your computer desktop, fill in all fields in the registration form with "*", (If you have trouble of entering the Chinese characters , you can provide them later at school) . Save the form as a word document with your family name and last four digit of your home phone number. (e.g. Chen family with phone number (410)123-4567 will save as Chen4567.doc)

  3. Email the registration form to CLSC registrar, Ms. Kate Appel , registrar.clsc@yahoo.com., before 7/25/2008. You will receive your CLSC family ID in the confirmation letter. You will receive CLSC summer news letter. All CLSC families, include the new families will use the CLSC family ID to perform 2008 Fall on-line registration between Aug. 15 to Sep. 5.

  4. If you can’t email the registration form, mail the printed form to registrar, Ms. Kate Appel, before 7/25/2008. Or, bring the form to school for onsite registration on the first day of school.

  5. For CLSC language class, please call Academic Dean, Bianca Chang (410) 461-3923, cchangb@gmail.com , or Wei-chuan Liu (301)854-9776, liu_clsc@yahoo.com for proper placement before the start date of 2008 Fall on-line registration.
    For Adult/Student after school activities, please call Extra curriculum Director, Leigh Hong (410)465- 2412, solidfem@comcast.net, for details

Please remember your family ID and password for online registration:

  1. Family ID will be your first 4 letters of last name + your last 4 digits of your phone number,
  2. Password will be your family ID + 'x', and
  3. All letters are in lower case.

歡迎哥城中文學校新家庭

所有新家庭在註冊前, 請先提供以下資料.   註冊流程如下　

  1. 選擇中英文不同版本的註冊表格

  2. 下載中文或英文版註冊表, 填上所有註有” * ”的欄位 (若中打有問題, 可在開學後補提供資料) 填妥後, 請以家庭姓氏及家裡電話號碼後四碼為檔名存檔. (如陳家, 電話為410-123-4567, 就以 Chen4567.doc 存檔)

  3. 將填妥後存檔的報名表以電子郵件7月25日前, 寄給 Ms. Kate Appel, registrar.clsc@yahoo.com., 您將會收到中文學校家庭識證編號的確認回函以及學校的暑期電子報.  秋季班要註冊的家庭都必須在八月十五日至九月五日網路註冊

  4. 若不能以電子郵件寄送, 請將書面表格7月25日前郵寄給 Ms. Kate Appel, 或是學校第一天開學註冊日繳交

  5. 報名語言課程者, 請連繫教務主任郭純岑, Bianca Chang (410) 461-3923, cchangb@gmail.com, 或潘維娟, Wei-chuan Liu (301)854-9776, liu_clsc@yahoo.com 以便您在2008年秋季班註冊前, 確知上課的班級.
    報名成人課外活動者, 請打電話課外活動主任黃麗鍾, Leigh Hong (410) 465-2412, solidfem@comcast.net, for details.

請記住你的家庭編號和密碼, 因為網路註冊需要登入使用

  1. 家庭編號設定:  姓氏的前四個字母 + 家庭電話號碼的後四碼
  2. 密碼為家庭編號 + x
  3. 所有字母都以小寫輸入
