Fees are non-refundable. In-person instruction located at Howard High School for Pre-K to Grade 7, Bilingual classes and Cantonese classes. Hybrid instruction for Grade 8 and above.

Step 1: Register

New Students

Families of new students please complete the CLSC New Student Registration form Please contact the Principal at clsc.principal@clscweb.org with any questions or concerns. We will contact you after your form is reviewed and approved.

Current Students

All families of returning students should register for a new semester using the link shown below. This link can also be used to update your family information. If you need further assistance, please contact the CLSC Registrar via email at clsc.registrar@clscweb.org. Please include your Family ID in the subject line.

Step 2: Payment

CLSC accepts the following forms of payment.

Zelle Transfer

1) Include your Family ID, the student(s) name, and your phone number in the Comments section of the transfer form.

2) Send your payment to payment@clscweb.org or scan the QR code.

Check

1) Please make your check payable to "Chinese Language School of Columbia" or "CLSC".

2) Make sure to put your Family ID and student's name on your check.

3) Mail your payment to:

A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Enrollment

CLSC reserves the right to discontinue classes or combine classes of different grades if the enrollment does not meet the school's minimum number of students per class. CLSC will make every effort to notify the families of such changes before the first day of school.

Eligibility

Any student between the ages of 4 and up at the beginning of the school year is eligible to enroll at CLSC. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis by the Principal who is responsible for reviewing the enrollment application and placement of the students.

Tuition Refund Policy

Students who withdraw or are removed from CLSC on/before the 3rd week of class are eligible for tuition refund on a pro-rata basis. No refunds will be permitted after the third week of class.

Late Registration / Entering School

Students who enroll in CLSC four weeks after the semester's start date will have their tuition pro-rated but will still pay for registration and material fees.

Referral Program

Refer a new student to CLSC to receive a referral incentive. CLSC offers a one-time incentive of $10 for each newly enrolled student referred by a CLSC family, up to $50 per semester. The incentive will be credited as a discount towards the following semester's tuition. The CLSC family who is listed as "Referrer" on the New Student Registration Form will receive the incentive.
